Solution-Focused Coaching

My coaching involves the ability to understand you: to think about how you think, understand your perspective and grow you to gently see a more empowering way of achieving great results.
As a certified John C. Maxwell coach, I can see what you are going through at the moment and what is up ahead. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, and coming alongside you while helping you achieve set goals and overcome limiting patterns.
I offer two levels of coaching support:
Executive Coaching
When I am working with you one-on-one, it is my highest objective to help you reach your purpose, vision, and goals by working through John Maxwell's programs specific to your needs. Together, we will create a strategic and powerful plan for you to gain clarity through a weekly process including, interaction and accountability.
Business Coaching
When working in a group setting –having the entire group’s input in thinking amplifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are beyond what any individual can create. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.
1 Month Silver Package
If you are serious about getting unstuck and creating positive forward momentum, this is the package for you. Four sessions give us enough time to get some real work done.
Even if all you know is that something in your life needs to change, this package provides an adequate opportunity for us to get to the core of that feeling and create a quantum leap strategy for a practical solution.
This package is for you if:
- There are some obstacles or challenges that keep getting in your way.
- If your life or business is on hold and needs real progress.
- Two 60 minutes focused coaching sessions in person.
- Four private phone/online coaching sessions (20 minutes each)
- Exclusive email support for the duration of your coaching.
2 Months Gold Package
Do you have a big dream or goal that is put on the sideline?
Do you feel that you could make it happen if you had some extra guidance and support?
Working together, we will break your goal down into manageable steps and create a focused strategy to accomplish each step in the right order, and promptly. Irrespective of whether your goal is personal or professional, I will assist you with what you need to do next and ways to get it done. And you can count on me to guide you each step of the way.
This package is for you if:
- You feel ready to accomplish something that will change your life.
- The time has arrived to stop thinking about it and make it happen.
- You would feel more confident with some qualified support.
- Four 90 minutes focused coaching sessions in person.
- Priority email support for the duration of your coaching.
- Eight private phone/online coaching sessions(30 minutes each)
3 Months Platinum Package
Are you ready for a life and/or business transformation?
Would you like to make some major changes and completely reinvent your life or business?
Making such a bold move can be scary, but I can help you turn it into an exciting and passionate adventure.
This package is for you if:
- You feel obligated to see your life from a whole new dimension and you are looking for a new, more significant, and passionate life.
- You are ready for a more rewarding and fulfilled life.
- Ten 90 minutes focused coaching sessions in person.
- Twelve phone/online (flexible) coaching sessions (40 minutes each)
- Exclusive email support for the duration of your coaching.
We will offer practical strategies and tools that will probably take you out of your comfort zone, but if you are ready to focus and work at achieving your dreams, then we are the right coaches for you.
